1. This service is currently free of charge. No commission is payable upon completion of a transaction and no advertisement fee is payable. This service may cease to be free of charge in the future. If this service becomes chargeable, no prior notice will be given apart from the details which will be posted here in these terms and conditions. Charges will not be applied to pre-existing advertisements. 2. S&D Leisure Rides are not acting as an agent or intermediary and will not in any way become involved in the process of purchases or sales past the placement of advertisements on this web site. Buyers must contact sellers directly and sellers must contact buyers directly. 3. You may only advertise attractions that you or your company personally own. The service of advertising of attractions for sale or attractions wanted is currently not available to agents or re-sellers. 4. S&D Leisure Rides reserve the right to refuse the placement of any advertisement. 5. S&D Leisure Rides reserve the right to remove any free listing for any reason at any time without notice to the seller or buyer. Removed advertisements may be considered for reinstatement as long as they are not believed to be in contradiction with these terms and conditions or the ethics or business practices of S&D Leisure Rides. 6. Should your listing become invalid or if you no longer wish to advertise here, please send us an e-mail to request its removal and after verifying the request, we will remove it at the earliest opportunity. Please note that this is not an automated service and changes may not take effect immediately. 7. These terms and conditions may change or be updated from time to time without notice. It is advisable that users check back regularly. |
